- Initial Phone Call — We'll hop on a call to chat about your vision, your wedding day, and what you're looking for.
- Pick a Package or Custom Proposal — Choose from one of my available packages, or I'll put together a custom proposal tailored to your unique needs.
- Sign Contract & Pay Retainer — Once you're ready to book, sign the contract and submit the retainer to officially reserve your date.
- Welcome Email & Client Onboarding — You'll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know moving forward.
- Planning Meeting — I'll attend a meeting with your wedding planner and/or designer (when applicable) to align on the vision and logistics.
- Logistics & Timeline Meeting — We'll meet to lock in the shooting schedule, locations, and key moments for the day.
- Final Call (2 Weeks Before) — A final check-in call two weeks before your wedding to go over any last-minute details and deliver your delivery schedule.
- Wedding Day! — The big day — I'll be there to capture every moment.
- Gallery Delivery — Your final gallery is delivered, and we'll schedule a design consultation for your album and wall art.
- Album & Wall Art Delivery — Your album is delivered and wall art is installed the final keepsakes of your wedding day.
